Store Policies & Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. Placing an order constitutes your full acceptance of this policy.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

 All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we cannot accept any requests for cancellations, size/color changes, or quantity adjustments under any circumstances.

 Please carefully review your cart—including items, sizes, and colors—before finalizing your payment.

 Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience (e.g., "ordered by mistake," "changed my mind," or "found it elsewhere") are strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping Address Entry

 We are unable to modify, update, or correct shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

 It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all shipping information (including zip/postal code, street number, and apartment/suite number) is entered 100% correctly at checkout.

 If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to claim the package within the courier's holding period, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, and any costs associated with reshipment.

3. Color Accuracy & Variations

 While we make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the actual color of the product may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, screen resolution, device type, and the lighting conditions in your environment.

 Claims such as "the color looks different from the picture" or "it is not what I expected" are considered matters of personal preference and do not qualify as a product defect. Therefore, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Sizing & Measurements

 Due to the manufacturing process and variations in production batches, please note that there may be slight discrepancies in size and measurements compared to the provided size chart.

 A minor deviation of a few centimeters/inches is considered standard tolerance in the manufacturing industry and does not constitute a defective item. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
