Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-Order Items: Please allow up to 4 weeks (approximately 1 month) from the date of purchase for production and shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (For International Orders)
When purchasing items from overseas, your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country.
All incurred customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. TRASHTOKYO has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If a package is returned to us or destroyed because the customer refuses to pay the customs fees, we will not issue any refunds or replacements.
3. Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
TRASHTOKYO is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered."
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if it is left unclaimed, the customer will be fully responsible for all reshipment costs.
